Scores, box scores, and stats on this site are public and don't require an account. This page covers accounts, advertising and optional usage analytics.
What we collect
Accounts are handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. If you sign up or sign in — by email or with Google — Clerk collects your name and email address to create and secure your session. If you use "Continue with Google," Google shares your name and email with Clerk with your consent during that sign-in.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your account data with advertisers or other third parties. We don't use account data for ad targeting.
Cookies
If you sign in, Clerk sets a session cookie so you stay signed in between visits. Theme, pinned games, and layout are stored in your browser’s local storage. Favorite teams chosen while signed out are also stored locally. When signed in, your favorite team is saved in your Clerk account profile so it follows you across devices.
Score data
Game scores and stats come from CollegeFootballData and BALLDONTLIE. No personal or account information is sent to these providers.
Analytics choices
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visits, page views and referral information. Vercel describes this service as cookie-free. Our integration removes query strings from page URLs and excludes account pages. We do not send account details, player selections or search text as analytics events.
Google Analytics event tracking is prepared but currently inactive. If enabled, it will load only after you allow optional analytics, and may use cookies to measure visits and actions such as creating or sharing a comparison. Google advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled for this integration. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for these optional analytics.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, subject to applicable consent choices. Advertising consent is managed separately through Google's consent message where applicable. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.
